FOR ALL PRODUCTS

If you wish to return your product, click on return on the website and choose the desired option within 5 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the item is unused, unwashed, and free of any odour with tag intact. Once we receive your return, the item will go through a quality check. Nextera reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not pass the quality check.

Refunds will be processed as gift card OR TO THE CUSTOMER'S BANK ACCOUNT. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

For cancellations, please contact us through the “Contact Us” link. Cancellations are only possible if the product has not been dispatched. You may choose a gift card or another product; once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

Please note that external charges—including logistics, payment gateway fees, and packaging costs—are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
After these applicable deductions, the balance amount will be refunded to your GIFT CARD OR TO CUSTOMER'S BANK ACCOUNT. For bank refunds, please share your bank details with us. In case of cod orders, these details must be provided via email. Kindly allow 10–15 working days for the refund to reflect in your GIFT CARD WALLET oR BANK ACCOUNT.

Returns & Refunds

1. We accept returns within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and it has the tags intact.

2. Refunds will be processed to gift card OR BANK ACCOUNT within 10-15 business days.

3. Once we receive the product, your refund amount will be processed to your bank account. In case of cod orders, these details must be provided via:ordersupport@nextera.co.in

4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Items marked as final sale or custom orders are not eligible for returns
