Return & Exchange

FOR ALL PRODUCTS

If you wish to return your product, click on return on the website and choose the desired option within 5 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the item is unused, unwashed, and free of any odour with tag intact. Once we receive your return, the item will go through a quality check. Nextera reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not pass the quality check.

 Refunds will be processed either as Store Credit or to the customer's bank account. For customers who selected Cash on Delivery (COD), bank details must be provided to receive a refund, or they can choose to receive the refund as store credit. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 For cancellations, please contact us via the “Contact Us” link. Cancellations are only possible if the product has not been shipped. You may choose store credit or another product, once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Return fee of Rs. 150 will be deducted to cover pickup and handling costs. Please note that the shipping charges of Rs. 100 are non-refundable.
After these applicable deductions, the balance amount will be refunded to your selected payment source or claimed account. Kindly allow 10–15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Returns & Refunds

1. We accept returns within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and it has the tags intact.

2. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

3. Once we received the product your payment would be processed.

4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Items marked as final sale or custom orders are not eligible for returns

Items purchased on sale will not be exchanged or refunded.
