• We offer shipping across India.
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
• Nextera Clothing is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. All risks are assured by the courier.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect details.
• The order would be dispatched in 24-48 hours.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

A tracking link will be provided via email & WhatsApp once the order has been shipped. You can also track your order directly on our website by clicking the “Track Your Order” option located at the bottom-right corner of the page.

DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS AND COSTS

Shipping is all over India and deliveries take 2-10 business days according to the delivery pin code. Depending on the delivery address, the time you place your order, and the availability of the item, your shipping choices may change. Please be aware that deliveries are only done during working days.

NOTE: If there is an issue with the delivery of your order (for example, the tracking link shows "delivered" despite the parcel not reaching you), please reach out to us within 24hrs. Orders can typically be tracked for only two to three days as per the delivery post's policy, beyond which tracking information may not be available
